Vivace RF Microneedling
Vivace device is a non-surgical cosmetic procedure that combines the effects of two factors: fractional microneedling and radiofrequency. This technology is used for non-surgical tissue lifting, combating signs of skin aging, and smoothing skin texture on the face and other anatomical areas. For optimal results, a course of 2-3 treatments is recommended. The effect is cumulative and peaks 1-2 weeks after the last treatment.
The method is based on a dual effect. Micro-damage caused by needles stimulates the repair and regeneration processes that inevitably occur when cells are destroyed. This creates an increased concentration of natural biologically active molecules in this area, stimulating the synthesis of new cells.
Thermal exposure using radio waves leads to the restructuring of the skin's framework proteins, tissue tightening and stimulation of collagen and elastin synthesis.
HOW DOES THE PROCEDURE WORK?
Before the procedure, the skin is cleansed and anesthetic is applied to reduce pain. While the anesthetic is taking effect, the doctor determines the individual parameters of the device, including the depth of needle insertion, the power of the radiofrequency energy, and the exposure time. During the procedure, a needle-tipped attachment is inserted into the skin to be treated. The patient feels multiple pricks, but pain is minimal due to the anesthetic. A pleasant warmth is felt as the tissue warms. Several areas can be treated in a single session. The same area can be treated multiple times with a single attachment. Depending on the area being treated, the session can last up to 60 minutes. A soothing mask is applied to the skin at the end.
